Our beautiful dhurries and rugs are custom made to order in Rajasthan, India by carefully handpicked artisans, most of whom are women. We have personally visited each supplier ourselves and only support cottage industries who offer their workers professional training and ethical working conditions. Often the largest and most vital employer for these small communities, our suppliers do everything in house, from dying the yarns and plying the threads to weaving and finishing. Did you know that it takes 25 pairs of hands and approximately 6 weeks to create each one?
